Fear of loss of loved ones causing anxiety ? This type of fear indicates low praana. Sing, dance, meditate - faith just wells up automatically! It’s the quality of expanded, strong consciousness.
You can’t impose faith .. all you need to do is continue your sadhna and seva.
Unable to let go even after giving 100%? main thing is lack of confidence. Don’t analyze so much. When you’ve given 100% and can’t give anymore - in love you always feel you’ve not done enough. When you’re in deep love, you feel you can do more (nature of love) - it’s good to have that feeling. When it comes to seva, feel that you can do more. When it comes to work, it goes towards regret. No point getting regretful.
In life some unpleasant things happen and some pleasant things happen. How long will you be stuck in them, where is the time - life is moving so fast.. wake up and run! Don’t keep looking back.
How to know you are a good mother? So far no bad mother has been there on this planet! If the mother has been crazy or has some psychological problem, only then she will harm herself or the kid also! If you’re normal , you can never be a bad mother 👩🏻 👵🏻
